I believe that public relations, marketing and communications are a single industry. However, the measurements or ROI can be grouped into the PR, marketing, and communication buckets to understand how each works to enhance messaging, target audiences and gain campaign insights.
In my career, I’ve shifted from broadcasting, to public relations and later to teaching, in order to share what I know about an industry that I truly enjoy working in. 🙂
